A Private Retreat can take shape in multiple ways, but it all begins the same: we listen as you describe your ideal private travel experience, and then we roll up our sleeves and create from scratch. From a company summit, family reunion, friend’s trip, or a club retreat, we customize these experiences so they resonate and inspire.

Examples of Private Retreats include couple trips, anniversary get-aways, multi-generational long weekends, company conferences, and underwater basketweaving retreats (like we said, anything goes).

After we receive your form, we will have our first consultation with you to find out more about what you’re envisioning and what experience you’d like.

We’ll come back to you with a few ideas to get the ball rolling and if that’s what you’re looking for, we ask for a $500 planning fee to start crafting a more in-depth proposal.

Once our proposal is approved, we ask for a 50% deposit to start confirming activities, hotels, and transportation. For more details about payments, click here.

We’ll schedule a final call to go over the itinerary a month before departure to ensure that all details are in place.

While you’re enjoying your trip, we’ll be here as support. Once you’re back, we’ll schedule a post-trip debrief to discuss how your adventure went.
